FT.com Home UK: " 'two state' solution with a demilitarised Palestinian state and Jerusalem split into two capitals. Arab east Jerusalem to be part of Palestine, Israel to keep Jewish parts and adjacent West Bank settlements.
Israel would withdraw to pre-1967 borders. Some big settlements would be dismantled, but 75 per cent of Jewish settlers would remain inside Palestinian territories and under Israel's protection.
In exchange for keeping some Jewish settlements, Israel to give Palestinians an area of the Negev desert adjacent to the Gaza Strip. A safe passage route to be created between the West Bank and Gaza.
Palestinians would waive the right of 3.6m refugees from the 1948 Arab-Israeli war and their descendants to return to Israel.

Israel would cede sovereignty over the shrine in Jerusalem known to Jews as the Temple Mount and to Muslims as al-Haram al-Sharif (Noble Sanctuary). Israel would retain control of the Western Wall.
Palestinians would recognise Israel, end violence and disarm militants."
Sounds like a deal to me.
